Greetings Leaders of Toastmasters,

Let’s start this new year with new challenges in Toastmasters that will bring you loads of rewards in return! To add more zeal and enthusiasm, District 41 brings to you the ever-awaited Influencer Award (January 2023 - March 2023).

This initiative aims to motivate the uninitiated to explore the plethora of opportunities in this community and Recognize and Appreciate you for your efforts to do so! This year we will acknowledge individual members who sponsor new members to clubs that are struggling.

As Jack Welch quotes, “Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” Join us as we strive to make District 41 shine as the best!

What is the award all about?

To add new members to our Toastmasters family

What should I do to participate?

Help add members to clubs to struggling clubs (clubs with 12 members or less). You start qualifying for awards from the very first individual you introduce to Toastmasters.

Terms and Conditions:

On the addition of a member by an individual he/she will achieve the Bronze status and shall receive goodies on the achievement towards the end of the challenge.
On the addition of a total of 3 members by an individual he/she will achieve the Silver status and shall receive goodies (different from the silver status) on the achievement.
On the addition of a total of 5 or more members by an individual he/she will achieve the Gold status and shall receive goodies (different from the silver and gold status) on the achievement.
On the addition of a total of 7 or more members by an individual he/she will achieve the Platinum status and shall receive goodies (different from the silver and gold status) on the achievement.
Toastmasters serving as District Officers and/or Club Coaches are not eligible for this award.
To Qualify, members should have been added between January 1st, 2023 to March 31st, 2023.

For existing clubs, each sponsored member will count. For new clubs, for every 4 members added. 1 credit point will be given.

Individuals who get a higher-level award will not be eligible for a lower level. For example: If a member receives a Platinum award, they will not receive Gold and Silver awards.
