Highlights:
The distinguished club program and district awards by Nimish Joseph enabled clubs to plan and estimate how much the clubs could achieve until the end of the term. This was beneficial for the clubs as it made each club’s EC set a long-term goal and work towards it. We also had a Judges Training Program by DTM Kaushik that taught us a lot about judging and how it must be done.
Furthermore, an insightful session on pathways by Soumojit Chowdhury, a SMAC workshop by Abhishek Das, a website overview by Medha Hossain and a session on MOT by Amrapali Pattnaik. The club officers training was the most important segment of the day and it was impeccably carried out by all the trainers namely, Kaushik Bhattacharya for President, Soumya Pradhan for VP-Education, Dr. Chetna Verma for VP-Membership, Smita Pati for VP-PR, Love Joshi for Secretary, Amit Modak for Treasurer and Abhinav Singh for Logistics manager.
Amidst all this learning was a spectacular musical performance by Neeraj Agarwal and Sudipta Sahu which blew away people’s minds and ended with a standing ovation.

Key Takeaways and Learnings:
There were a lot of takeaways from the event. The session started late by almost an hour resulting in the cancellation of an important session entirely and decreased the time for a few sessions. Also, the overall organization of the event by the Division could have better.
But on the whole, it was a day full of awesomeness which had everything including learning, fun, and friendship on the occasion of friendship day. The event reflected the vision of Division I, Inspiring Vision from I to We.
