District Director

It is a great honour and privilege to serve as the District Director of Toastmasters District 41 for the 2026–2027 program year. I sincerely thank the leaders and members of both Bangladesh and Nepal for placing their trust and confidence in me. I am humbled by this opportunity and excited to begin this new journey together.

The formation of District 41 is much more than an administrative realignment. It is a historic partnership between Bangladesh and Nepal, giving us a unique opportunity to learn from one another, celebrate our diversity, and shape the identity, culture, and future of our district. We are not simply starting a new district—we are creating a legacy that future generations of Toastmasters will build upon.

Our vision is to build a sustainable district where every club conducts quality meetings, every member enjoys a meaningful Toastmasters experience, and every leader serves with purpose and excellence. To me, success is not measured by awards or statistics alone. Success is when our members become better communicators and stronger leaders, applying the skills they develop in Toastmasters to their careers, businesses, communities, and everyday lives.

My Toastmasters journey began in 2014, and one lesson has remained constant throughout the years: great things happen when people trust one another and work together as one team. Every milestone I have achieved has been possible because of teamwork, and that continues to be the foundation of my leadership philosophy.

I have complete confidence in our district leaders, division directors, area directors, extended team leaders, club officers, and every Toastmaster who has stepped forward to serve. Together, we can strengthen our clubs, develop future leaders, and create an environment where every member has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

As we embrace our leadership responsibilities, I encourage each of us to make Toastmasters one of our priorities. The time, passion, and commitment we invest today will shape the experience of thousands of members and determine the legacy we leave behind.

I look forward to serving alongside all of you as we write the first chapter of the New District 41 together. With your support, collaboration, and shared commitment, I am confident we will build not only a successful district but one that creates a lasting impact for our members and for the future of Toastmasters in Bangladesh and Nepal.
